Ø DGGI has given emergency approval of License to Laurus Labs license for manufacturing and marketing of 2-Deoxy-D-Glucose (2DG).
Ø USFDA final approval has been accorded to CADILA to market Emtricitabine and Tenofovir Disoproxil Fumarate Tabs.
Ø Mahindra & Mahindra and Escorts have reported robust 75%, 79.6% growth over April 2021 volumes to 48,222 units, 12,533 units, respectively, in June 2021
Ø Hero Motocorp has reported a huge growth of 26% over April 2021 to 4.7 lakh Two Wheeler units in June 2021.
Ø However, Bajaj Auto volumes declined by 10.8% to 3.1 lakh units.
Ø This is the similar position with Royal Enfield also who recorded 19% decline to 43,048 units.
Ø NMDC has reported that their iron ore production increased 18%YoY to 2.98 million tonne (MT) as of June 2021 while the level stood at 2.52 MT as on June 2020 and also reported that their volume of sales increased 28% YoY from 2.48 MT in June, 2020 to 3.18.
Ø Gail India has reportedly contemplated an investment plan of Rs 5000 crore to build a portfolio of at least 1 GW of renewable energy and set up compressed biogas as well as ethanol plants.

Ø Lupin has been accorded SNDA approval from USFDA for Solosec (secnidazole), for treatment of Trichomoniasis.
Ø Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has lengthened its strategic partnership with Royal London. The Royal London has been dealing with Mutual Life Insurance, Pensions, and Investment portfolio in the United Kingdom.
Ø Bharti Airtel has deployed an additional 21.6 Mhz spectrum across its network in West Bengal to bolster coverage and ensure high- speed data services.
