Should be an Indian National, i.e. should be a

Citizen of India or

A Subject of Nepal or

A Subject of Bhutan or

A Tibetan Refugee migrated to India prior to 01.01.1962 or

A person of Indian Origin migrated to various countries and possess eligibility certificate issued by Govt. of India

Addl. Qualifications preferred

Proficiency in Official Language of the State/UT  for which vacancies a candidate wants to apply is preferable.
